We accept returns for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of your product delivery. The item(s) must be returned unused, unwashed and with all labels and tags intact and in original packaging.

We offer a full refund or a replacement item shipped to your door free of charge if there is a mistake on our end. This applies to the following:

• Your item is lost in transit;
• Your item is faulty or damaged; or
• You receive the wrong item. 

If you notice that you have ordered incorrectly, please let us know ASAP (within 24 hours) and we may be able to resolve the issue.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot cancel orders once they have been shipped.
